    ABOUT THE ELA PROJECT

The ELA Project began in 2019 by 9 year old Ella Jones. Ella had volunteered for a an Easter event for kids in foster care and fell in love with a few of these special kids and the overall experience.
Since then, Ella has gathered her community at school, family and friends to help support the 4 events The ELA Project holds each year.
Encouraging Love in Adversity for foster youth is the sole mission of the ELA Project.  Being in foster care can often be a lonely and difficult reality.  Friendship and connection between peers has the ability to create comfort, support and inspiring experiences for foster and non-foster children through togetherness.
